Photographs may not be returned for any reason other than a damaged product. If you would like to return a non-photo product, please contact the photographer for return instructions at 512.222.7703.
All orders will be shipped within two weeks from the time that the order is placed. If you have questions as to the shipping status of your order, you may look up your order through the order status page or you may contact the photographer at 512.222.7703. Once the order is marked as shipped, you will receive an email stating such.
All sales are final. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact the photographer within 2 weeks of receiving it.
I want to order a disc with all the files. Can I do that?
Yes you can. Go into the event, and at the top there is a product called "High Resolution Image Files". The disc contains all the images from the shoot, with written permission to print up to 8x10.
I placed my order 2 days ago and paid full price. Your sale started today, do I get the discount?
Unfortunately, unless the order is placed during the sale, the discount will not be retroactively applied to any orders. I have sales periodically for this reason. There is always a chance to order with a discount.
I received an email stating my event is going to expire in 3 days. Can I still order prints from my event after that date?
YES! Go into the event, and at the top there is a product called "Extend Your Event". This product, when ordered, extends the online hosting for an additional 3 or 6 months, up to a maximum of 1 year total.
